We’re all constantly hearing how stress is bad and should be avoided as much as possible—but what if we could flip the narrative?
Instead of looking at stress as a negative thing, what if we looked at stress as a resource? We often believe that stress is something that happens to us that we have very little control over, but in this episode, I’m going to challenge you to think about stress as a positive thing.
